• Access: Only you (the person submitting) and Ian Mulder (Norcadia Advisory) can access your data
• Retention: We keep your submission until your inquiry is resolved. After that, we delete it within 30 days
• No sharing: We do not share your data with third parties, except for Formspree (which temporarily processes the form submission)
